Mine is very old, and I want to purchase one on sale soon, for backup.
How do I tell my type from fuse box? Is it just Nbr of wires going out basement box to well ?
    Thanks, Roger

Thanks Bluejets. I went down to basement and looked at the wiring. 2 wires from Elec panel to pump pressure-sw. 2 out to "pump box" - Line1 and Line2, (no wire on a ground terminal). Capacitor in there and an approx. 2"x2" black hard-plastic? box (Relay Coil?), with 3 wires on it - dont know which In or Out. Has 'RR1362' part-no.? on it. 3 wires go out wall to pump. Red, Blk, Wht (which is also labeled or Yel). Stamped on the label on box - 230V PH 1 62 (1962 house built). Hope this helps you determine my "Submersible Pump Type", some 160' in ground. Thanks again.
