Well, what happened?
Did your unit just stop working, or did you yank some wires off their contacts that you don't know how to reconnect?

Second one i figured that the green and copper are for the left ear interchangeably but the other don't seem to connect

The thin green and red, laquer-coated wires are the speaker wires. They seem to be connected correctly.
Are they the only two wires that were disconnected in this unexpected disconnect?
The laquer appears to be cracking, leaving the potential open that they could short-out one another.
Can you separate them from one another, and then test to see if the speaker starts working?
We try the simple, obvious stuff first. And then get technical if the problem persists.
Did you scrap the ends of those lacquer-covered wires with a razor blade before you resoldered them?
The wire under the laquer must touch the contact points you soldered to. If you didn't 'strip' the lacquer
off the wire end before you resoldered it in place, you may have only covered the laquer with solder, and
the wire itself may not actually be making contact with the metal tab on the speaker that you soldered it to.
