I have a strange problem with aWeir HSS 100 power supply. If its left off
    for
maybe 10-15 mins it fires up ok, but switch it off and back on after a few
    seconds or
minutes, it doesn't start. Checked all the electrolytics etc, etc, off
    load/on load, no
    joy.
Anyone else had this type of fault, or better still, anyone got a schematic
    ?
    Willing to pay.

    Thanks in advance

    Iain

Try discharging the main filter capacitor(s) with a high wattage low
value resistor (obviously with power removed) and see if it will restart
quicker, if it does you've got a capacitor bad, check the start-up
circuit for nasty little 47uF (or thereabouts) capacitors and associated
    high value resistors (100k-470k)

It sounds like there is a thermo sensitive component. Get some freeze spray
and a heat gun. You will have to use the process of heating and cooling the
components in sequence to the power cycling to find the faulty component(s).
Most likely it is a bad cap.
