anyone using the watts up box?
how does it compare to a kill-a-watt in terms of the data if one does not need the
logging capability?
clearly the KAW is cheaper but would like to hear from users (they apparenly make an
international version also)

I like mine a lot, wish I had a second one...

Dunno, I needed the datalogging and power failure features, so KAW
wasn't on my list...

what are the power failure features? just that it keeps data despite power failure or
something else?

It also logs power failures, so you can see them on your graphs. I
don't remember if it time-stamps them or if you just see that they
happened. I needed it to keep the datalog when the power failed.

My Kill-A-Watt is dead after only a few months and not many uses.

anything unusual about it's use?
would you not have a full warranty "after only a few months"?
