the washer stopped spinning so i removed the belt and tried it again an
motor would not spin so i helped it along by turning the pully and i
ran so i figured it was the capacitor bought a new one that had
different mfd reading.the original was 233-280 mfd 110vac and the ne
one is 233-292mfd 110/125 they told me it would work it did the same a
the other motor still would not spin.so i ordered another one that too
a week to get, this is a 3 year old machine.put new motor in withou
belt and still would not spin without help?could it just be another ba
capacitor?there is 110 volts going to the capacitor.is there an easy wa
to check capacitor?and what is the MFD readings stand for? thanks mik

Did you replace the capacitor or the motor?

Get a book from the library on major appliance repair. Also, have someone
standing by who knows first aid.
