This sounds more like a math question than an electronics question.
Volume of a cube is Width*Depth*Height. If you know the measurements, you can do this.
Volume of other shapes require other formulas. You may need to convert your units if you measure in Inches and want Litres.

What is the 61 for? I have never met it.
The cone with the top cut off could be called a tuncated cone.
Use the S.I. system and there will be no conversions to be done as Dave says.

If you are to use calculations, it is much better to use fundamental S.I. units to stop confusion. In this case, the metre is the measurement of length.
A cubic meter of water (1000 litres) weighs 1000kg (1 tonne) as you could find on the net. Other liquids can weigh more or less.

Gee, doesn't the Metric System make calculations like this just a matter of moving decimal points around? IIRC, one cubic centimeter of water weighs about one gram. Google is your friend here. Or try this site to convert just about anything to anything.
