USE THE ANALOG INPUT AND A VOLTAGE DIVIDER.

WHY ARE WE SHOUTING AT EACH OTHER?

IF YOUR ARDUINO IS RUNNING FROM 5 VOLTS THEN YOU DON'T EVEN NEED A VOLTAGE DIVIDER (BUT BE CAREFUL YOU DON'T TRY TO MEASURE MORE THAN 5V.

I'M LOSING MY VOICE. I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REPLY SO LOUDLY FOR MUCH LONGER. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO KEEP SHOUTING.
