    Hi,

I have an ac signal that is in the range of 0-10v and it needs to be scaled and shifted to 1.5v-10.5v.

Would a voltage divider (0-10v --> 0-9v) and a level shift up circuit of (+1.5v) work?

are there other ways of doing this better?

    any help appreciated.

    Thanks

Definitely. You can do both e.g. with a single operational amplifier.

    I can't think of one..

How much current will the signal supply?
How accurate do you need the output to be?
