The Board was initialized previously

Using 6128RF Keyboard

only 2 zones (1,2) were active.

Manual is very vague. Was trying to change Zone type to Premeter. Keyboard
does not show any of the jumble mumble on the manuall , tried to program
blindly, Now Zone 1,2 are deactivated and zone 3 is activated.

Can anyone help?

Anysuggestion is appreciated.

Thank you.

1. Unless you get a 6160 keypad to actually see what you're doing, you're
fucked.

2. You could use Compass software to program if you have the right modem (you
don't).

3. It actually *is* possible to program zone types and other options in the
*56 field with a 6128 keypad... you won't be able to do this unless you have a
reference to learn from (see point #1). Maybe someone here will meticulously
and tediously type in every single keystroke you need to reproduce on your
end. (they won't)

4. You can default the panel and use the default zone types. If you have
wireless sensors (which it sounds like you do, hence the 'rf' keypad), that
data will be lost and will need re-programming, this is done with a 6160
keypad. (see also # 1)

5. Some kind soul from this newsgroup may call your panel and do it for you.
(possible. I can think of two people who may be of service)
