I recently tore apart a P.O.S. display that had a 5 second audio playback to
a speaker to attract attention to a product. It only used 1 chip, and was
assembled dead-bug style (that's how simple the circuit was!!) The
manufacturer was smart enough to obliterate the I.C. markings. So the long
and short of the story is that I now find myself needing a under 5 second
audio playback (LOW QUALITY) in a very low quantity. I am attempting to help
out the local training facility for seeing eye dogs, and they have a
requirement for this type of project...so any ideas???
    Thanks,
    Kim
