Velostat (Electrically Conductive Antistatic Material)

I'm trying to make flex/bend sensors for a glove project and all the instructables use Velostat or antistatic conductive bags. I can't find it at any hardware shop nor an online shop that ships to my country (Macedonia). What can I use as a substitute for that material which is piezoresistive as I could figure out? Or, an online store that ships world that you know.
