VCR Panasonic NV-FS100: noise bars

By my VCR Panasonic NV-FS100 many noise bars sometimes appears on the screen
in play mode... What could it be? Tape tension?

There are known faults on this machine that cause these symptoms, but it
could just be clogged video heads.

But if you don't know anything about VCRs, then take it to a qualified
technician for an estimate.

I know quite good VCRs. I've already repaired 2 faults on my FS100: caps in
the 1H delay CCT and the counter in REC which did not work. (I have four
NV-F70, a J45, a J47 and a H75 - I love Panasonic old good VCRs
Now I am studying this new fault. I will have success!
