    Could anyone clear me about pmos&nmos function, it's uses.

    Basically the Same Device, Except Opposite Loads and Input Signals:

    P-Mos Sources a Load. (Load is Between Drain to Battery Negative.)
    N-Mos Sinks a Load.(Load is Between Positive Supply Voltage to Drain.)

    Very similar to pnp and npn device differences in application. For the mosfets themselves, they are a voltage operated device and in most instances fairly simple to design into a circuit. Whereas transistors (most would agree) are largely current operated and can require careful selection of bias components to have them operate correctly. The mosfet in comparison with the transistor usually have a very small voltage drop and hence very small power/heat dissipation/loss.
