Are hubs that switch USB 1.1 packets into one USB 2 bus possible/available?
So that (for example) you can connect 10 1.1 webcams to a USB2 bus, and
have them not saturate it with slow 1.1 traffic.

Any USB 2.0 hub connecteded to a USB 2.0 node will translate the USB 1.1
connections to USB to traffic and transport it as USB 2.0 traffic. Older
hubs share a single tranlation unit among all ports, newer ones have
multiple translation units per hub for more efficient use.
