hey,
I've been wondering how exactly are GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output) pins used on an USB microcontroller. I know they are used to, like their name suggests, input or output data but do you just input arbitrary data or is there more to it and how exactly do you get output from it? Are these the same as end points? I really need help cause I'm working on a project which includes an IC that has GPIO pins. Any form of help is always appreciated.
thank you.
