You need to be far more specific with your question then.

Typically houses do not have UPSs.

Are you talking about a small UPS unit you might buy to keep your computer running long enough to outlast a short outage or to give you time to shut it down?

ohohoho no no no................... houses typically does not have ups i know that.. but whenever electricity gone power supply is use in the houses to run fan or tube lights etc.. I'm taking about that power supply

if your refering to a back up gen set they are a stand by unit had in a one house in remote area , lighting was always knocking power out in summer.the units are either manual opperated or as the one i had had a brain box that started motor and switched lines when power went out. is that what you want ?

I used a double conversion on-line UPS for many years in my house. (I don't think I was typical)
