    Hi!
i've found a LED Circiut with an IC , it contains 3 Different LED + Unkonw IC +...
the function of IC is to turn LEDs On and Off ,it also has a push button to choose how to turn LEDs on and off ! 15 different programmes ,
    1st- led 1 on
    2nd-led 1 blink
    3rd- led 2 on
    ....
    13- led 1 , 2, 3 on
    14-led 1 ,2 ,3 blink
15-led 1 on and off (the light of LED gradually increases/decreases)
so....the question is what is IC number! what can it be?
    it's a 14pin IC
    it's just all
    tnx!

Outputs are Connected To NPN transistors! MODE Select Pin is Connected to a push button , MODE select pin is pulled up! ; other pins state : NC
i think it might be sth like 40XX series ICs!
    That's all !

It isn't a PIC, as the 14-pin PICs have Vdd/Gnd on pins 1 & 14. A quick look at the AVR micros show them not having Vdd(cc)/Gnd on pins 4/11 either.

It probably is a microcontroller though. Are there any markings on the package?
