Hello, this is going to be dead easy for someone..

I have not done electronics now for years and im trying to get back into it, but I have forgot this completely and I know its stupid because I know its quite easy...

    I need to do this

    9V---------------------5V
    9V---------------------3.3V

Where the dotted line is can anyone let me know what I need in between these?

    Thankyou

What are the requirements on current or power on 5V and 3.3V?
How stable do you need these volatges to be?
What is your 9V source, what are the min. and max. voltages on the 9V line?

Any linear regulator (e.g. 7805) could possibly work. Higher efficiency (less losses) you get by using a switched mode regulator.
