I have a 19" TTX-1995A monitor (two actually) that when you power the
unit up, you hear the HV come on for a second, and then cuts back out.
The power LED comes on green, and stays green. Makes no difference if
you have signal applied or not. I opened the unit up and there are no
apparent faulty components. No bad solder joints, no burned resistors,
no bubbled caps. I have checked the basic components (HOT, fuses, etc)
to no avail.

I have two of these units, and about to pick up a third. Any help
would be appreicated!!!

Sounds like HV shutdown. Check if it has a Pot near the FBT for the HV, and
turn it a hair CCW.

Otherwise you may have a bad Flyback. If you post the number off the white
sticker on the Flyback, I can tell you if its a common fail part.
