How can I get these LED's to light up when output are HI? It lights up on LO.

The LEDs "P" "DC1 "DC2" are lit on a LO signal for example. I know why this is. I'm trying to make them Light up on a HI output. Can't figure it out and it's bugging me. Any help? Thanks in advance

Simply reverse the polarity of the LED, disconnect the top end of the resistor from Vcc and connect it to ground instead.
