I've got a small SMPS - 5V 2A SNP-0502 - made by Skynet (TW). The
controller chip is a DIL-8 marked:

SK-8085
x U 9511-1

....where "x" is a small triangle and the "U" is underlined.

Anyone know what this is or where I can get a datasheet - Skynet
regard this PSU as retired even though Jameco seem to be still selling
them... Does the "SK" imply a Skynet rebadged part?

Thanks

Mike

"SK" is a prefix much used by Sanken. Never seen an "8085".
And, near as I can tell, Sanken made a lot of OEM chips that they
do not publish data sheets for. NTE may have a cross-reference.
Is it in the driver circuit? or part of the sensor section?
