Transmission circuits with dialler interface

    Dear all:

    I´m trying to use the TEA1062 circuit that performs elctronic
    switching between dialling and speech (by PHILIPS). But in the
    datasheet (Fig.18) there is a diode bridge that contains two BAS11
    diodes and two BZW14 diodes. I can´t find these BZW14 diodes!
    Has anyone used this circuit? Can anyone tell me the characteristics
    of these diodes? or Equivalent diodes?
