Hello everyone, Can anyone help me with BJT transistor.
I want to generate Ic current of 0.34A with Vcc=9V, Vin=5V using BC547 but it looks like this transistor has Ic rating of 100mA. If i use BD139 or TIP122 transistor what is the Beta value for these two transistors.

A transistor will not generate current, you need a dynamo or alternator:).

The current gain of transistors is variable over a wide range. You should not use a circuit which depends on it.

To drop 9V to 5V, use a 7805 regulator which can manage up to 1A and may need a heat sink. Do not forget the output capacitor.
