I have tried that but it just not melting because it is lead solder and not Tin solder. I am afraid if i apply to much heat the components will be damage.

On through hole components you should be fine to hold the iron there long enough to get the solder to melt. Just don't hold the iron on the copper trace on the PCB for a long time.
You can all so use desoldering wick if needed.

If you are uncomfortable desoldering on that PCB try to find an old one laying around to practice on :)

The board that I am repairing is soldered with lead solder and the normal 60w - 100w soldering is not melting the lead enough for the vacuume pump to remove it. any suggestion?

Just a quick note. It is NOT going to be the presence of lead that is causing this problem. It is more likely that it is the ABSENCE of lead.

As has been suggested, apply more solder. That typically works by diluting the high temperature solder with lower temperature solder as well as providing better thermal contact with the existing solder.

Diodes

Hi Guys, have any of you ever seen these types of diodes? The two brown ones are giving me reading both ways with the meter set at X1. The only markings are black stripes on the end of each diodes. I don't know what to replace these diodes with. Need Help.

Regards,
Andre

Can anyone tell me where can I get a replacement for the brown coil in the picture or the correct part number?

Andre
