Hello Guys,

Today my GPU stoped work. I found not working transistor. It's with code ADKX 12 but did not get which company is
manufacturing or what are the replacements? If anyone knows that please inform me.

Thank you very much,

ADKX researches out . . . but that assigned units marking code is having two pins more than yours has .
I am seeing no visible case damage within the optical clarity limits of the photo that you have supplied.
Check out the AD below and see how your device checks out . . .on performing a diode junction test on the two junctions within your unit..

I certainly don't think so, since they are assigning it a Q prefix before the 259 such that all the transistors are being identified with.
How does it test out as being a transistor, as I suggested earlier

Is it possible to be MAX6375XR31+T ?

it's a possibility that cannot be discounted
tho Edd's comment about the Q identifying transistors is definitely relevant, you cannot discount the manufacturers'
board marking decisions

do as Edd said and with the measurements he stated

you could also then check to see if pin 1 (lower left pin on your second closer up image) goes to circuit board ground rail

Firstly I tested on diode junction on board. There was value only on pin 3 (collector). Pin 1 was short circuit and nothing on pin 2.

Second test I get out the transistor from board and connected ESR-T4 Mega328 Digital Transistor Tester and result was Unknown part or damaged. So I am 100% sure now that transistor not working.

BTW Sapphire company is using IR3553M ( IC driver from Infineon ). So really there is a big possibility this transistor is a BCW60D from same company Infineon.

That's not 100% true.

The device could be something that the tester can't test.

Can you test for diode junctions between all combinations of pins. I.e. 1-2, 1-3, 2-1, 2-3, 3-1, and 3-2.

Can we assume that you have searched around the board and seen that there are no other ADKX like Q series units being used on the board.
If so, use that one(s) to compare like tests against.
Digital transistors with their internally isolated base resistors are a problem to positively evaluate and test , unless you pull them and do an off board gain/ BETA test on them .

HEY ! . . . . . .
I just now remembered I HATE trace routing analysis on . . . . . . GREEN ON GREEN PC Boards, and also BLUE ON BLUE boards, but even WORSE are BLACK ON BLACK with maaaaaany
crossing vias between front and back planes. This board FULLY fits those criteria.

From local shop the guy told me it's an АО3413 sot-23 . I am really confused BCW60D or АО3413 ?
