Transformer Hookup

I have built the power supply using the schematic here:

but I cannot work out how to connect the two live and one neutral wire to the secondary side of the transformer (which has 4 lugs) I have tried some different combinations, some which did nothing and some which fried some of the cables further along the build. The datasheet for the transformer is attached. The transformer is referred to in the datasheet but not the same as the picture it is 9v-0v-9v- 20VA as per the schematic. Anyone any ideas?

You have to series them up 0 - L---- 0 - L
The dotted lines are the series connection between each secondary pair, the output is across the outer pair 0 & L, the dotted lines connection will be the 0v C.T.
