image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I have a old transformer stick Tig welder .The stick welding is working fine. The Tig is giving a arc but the is very little High Frequency at the tungeston. I have removed the HF transformer and have done a resistance test on both windings. Ohm , ring test , mega test
All the readings are in the photo.
The indication to me is the installation is breaking down.
I will post extra photoes on the next post
I have written on the transformer primary and secondary image.jpg

This is photoes of inside the welder.
Dow the bottom of the welder the is 4 heat sinkers with electrodes When selecting the HF switch there is a arch between them what is the reason for the electrodes And how important is the gap.
What do the electrodes consist of.

Do you think that every thing points to the transformer.
I do not have a circuit digram for this welder .
Is there anyone that can help me out with a circuit digram
I do not know how the transformer is wound to obtain a HF .
    Can this be explained.
    Thank you.
