Touch screen PC

Looking for a source of low power bare bones industrial embedded touch
screen PCs capable of running XP, ideally with a screen size of between
8" and 10" approx. Running off flash instead of HDD would be a bonus.
Needless to say, at non ripoff pricing.
Does anyone know of a supplier?

Wow ! I designed something like that about 15 yrs ago. It wouldn't run XP
though, strictly DOS.
