    Hey all,

I have a couple touch lamps that have recently stopped functioning. The light turns on when I plug the lamp in but touching produces no effects. I've disassembled the lamp and found the touch control unit to have the following specs:

HuaQiang Lighting & Electrical Appliance Factory
    Model: HQ-336B
    Input: 120v 50/60hz
    Output: 360W(Max)
    Reted[sic] Current: 3A(Max)

The unit is about 1"x1/2"x4.5" so that it can slide inside the tube of the lamp. I was curious if any of you knew where I might be able to find a replacement unit. After reading this article: http://www.letsfixit.co.uk/html/lamps_faq.html I was hoping for one with a higher rated current so that it doesn't burn out just like the last one.

    Any recommendations? Thanks!

    Hi!
Were you able to find any HQ-336B?

I know, we are a bit inconsistent in that regard. We mostly do only if such a Frankenthread is revived.
I don't know whether there is an automatic feature in the forum software that could do it. Certainly too much of an effort to do t manually.
