Toshiba model cn3281b vert problem top screen

I replace Vert ic and 3 caps around the ic now the vert sweep is to tall to
get good vert sweep top of picture the bottom part is pull up about 2 inches
from the bottom. Any ideas? Caps around jungle ic the location numbers?
