Toshiba CT3060K Service Mode?

Replaced the normal bad caps in the vertical section of this set. Fixed
the major problem, but now the picture is slightly too tall. How does
one get into service mode to adjust this? Searches were futile....Paul

Go back and put in good quality low ESR filter caps and you will not need to
adjust the size.
Never had a problem with any of the Toshiba,s when useing good quality
filter caps.
