Most likely it's a bad cap on the hyper module. The module that does the
frame buffering and conversions for different video standards. I've seen
this several times but have just replaced the hyper module. There are
twelve caps of about 20 that I would test. Ones with values between 1 and
50Uf. output from this module is I believe pin 1.
