Won't he be using a threaded newsreader that already does this for him?

You're an idiot. Even MY OLD newsreader will "thread". I HAPPEN to
read my news, and view the list thereof CHRONOLOGICALLY. Get it
through your thick skull that not everybody reads as often as you, nor
do they read in the same manner as you. YOU have to conform to the
norm, not try to mutate the norm to fit you. Ther are a proliferance
of news clients out there across many different OSes, and in order to
keep news posts the most readable across the most platforms, WE
(certainly not you) have developed and FOLLOW standards that make such
an experience digestible, and not mis-ordered, lazy fucktard trash.
I'm curious. Those of you who object strenuously to top posting: What
newsreader software are you using, and what type of user interface? UNIX
console?

Yet another E-1 grade retarded question, from the E-1 grade utter
retard. The point is that YOU shouldn't care any more than to comply
with ACCEPTED STANDARDS such that no matter what a reader is using or
how they use it, it should be a pleasurable experience. That would
include a blind person using a text to voice applet. Your fucked up
way would have them pulling their hair out.

Done right, my way would have us pulling out yours.

You are the same kind of twit that can't find a trash receptacle.
Your gum goes on the ground, your cigarette butts as well. Then your
ash tray from the car...

You are the same kind of twit that cuts into the intersecting lane
when making a left turn with no one in the intersecting left turn
lane, driving right over the lane markers. You are the kind of person
that shouldn't even have a license. You likely ignore over half what
a driver is supposed to be aware of. When was the last time you
checked all your lights, and your brakes, and tread depths?

Getting the new information to the reader more quickly is a disservice to
dialup users?

What is more quickly? They DL the new posts, and read them offline,
you retarded twit. The placement of your retarded top post changes
nothing other than the world's knowledge of your level of stupidity.

What newsreader software do you have in mind that is not threaded?

You'r an idiot! I DO NOT have to view my post list threaded, just
because some retarded **** wants to top post.
I'm just
curious as to what you're actually using.

Learn how to read Usenet header, newbie!
Clearly, your newsreader user
interface is quite different from the last several that I've used.
You're a fucking retard. You use Outhouse UnExpressive!

If you have "used" several, then stopping at Outhouse UnExpressive
takes you form E-1 to 4-F. Strike Three... You're out!

If you are so conformal to electrical standards, why can your
retarded ass not GRASP the FACT that Usenet ALSO has conventions, you
stupid mother fucker?

Judge Judy would throw DimBulb in the can for being a chronic idiot,
though even that stopped clock is correct once every few weeks.

You are piss poor with math as well, I see.

own?

If top posting were not an emerging new norm, you wouldn't be railing
against it.

Indeed, you do not have to read top-posted messages at all. I invite you to
refrain from doing so.

Dude, your retarded ass, and your retarded ways are NOT anything
new. Idiots like you have come and gone for years. Go have another
beer and get the **** out of Usenet until you have read a book on it.
Obviously you refuse to gather any facts in real time.

You are a NEWBIE for saying that "emerging norm" thing, however.
D'OH! Bwuahahahahahahaha!!!

Who put you in charge?

It's about conformity, not "who's in charge", you retarded twit!
And what language is this that keeps being

Ah, so you are not even an adult. Usenet is an adult forum, there
are expletives used here all over the place. If you do not recognize
them, you do not belong in Usenet. Go watch Full Metal Jacket. Place
yourself in Pyle's shoes. Then go in the bathroom and act out part
two of his most retarded act.

Your unread messages would place you in the minority group, chucko.

If we all had any better brains, we'd filter all top posting retards
like you, and you would then see your posts being ignored.

I am from Southwestern Ohio, KiethTard... errr... FuckTard.
and that is revelant because?

Nope, don't even wear glasses.

Don't reply to that shitslinger, then I see his replies even though I
filtered them out directly! I don't care at what truckstop his mom "worked"
then, or the one she "works" at now! However, it is nice that they share a
common interest!

Not at all.
Inline posting is an immediate response to a statement and, you
might note _follows_ the statement being (in this case) contested.
---
But no, that strategy (when applied with sufficient snippage) is quite a
good one, and you already agree [with inline posting]. Therefore, by
reasoning of post coherence, you must agree with top posting being better
than inline posting, or else disagree with both.
....
Confusing, wasn't it?

Not really, I don't really need to read what I typed (I typed it..) so the
replies just stack up no matter what the order.

I think you missed the point that my reasonings there were hypothetical,
extrapolating from points mentioned, and needn't apply. Reductio ad
absurdum or so.

John:

It isn't new information [quoted text], if you go to read the first post
in the thread!

If you think that counts as "traversing the whole thread", then so be it.
Hell, you have to read the whole thread to read the whole thread anyway, so
what's your point!?

Even worse that you could say something so utterly naive after so
long, and so wrong.
