Hi all,

Are there any triode/tetrode/pentode models out there that are
compatible with LTS? And if so, how are they implemented? Via some
sort of variation/subskt of the standard MOSFET model or some other
devilishly clever method?

There's a few sites with tube(value) models. Here's one with
instructions for use of the models in LTspice.

Hello Paul,
they all use subcircuits with square like functions for Iac(Vg).
Many questions about tube models have been answered in the Yahoo group
of LTSPICE. Search for "triode" or "pentode".
Beyond that, there are example circuits in the "Files" section of this
group and there are also links in the "Links" section.

Any (P-)SPICE tube model is good for LTSPICE.

Best Regards,
Helmut

Okay, thanks Helmut (and Mike). I'll check out the links provided.
