Tiny touch screen LCD?

I'm after a TINY touch screen (mono) LCD display.
Target module dimensions are 45mm x 35mm (max)
Don't care too much about exact resolution.
Does such a thing exist that's relatively easy to get?
Any ideas?

When looking at such things in the past, I've gone to touchscreen and
LCD display manufacturers independently, although some distributors will
source both for you.

If you have quantity volume it won't be a problem.

Mobile phone? My Mio A701 has a 60mm by 45mm colour touch screen.
Bigger than you want, but not much bigger.

2.7" lcds can be had from earth, mostly color tho. I see some cell phone
color lcd on their site.

Yes, I'm happy to source seperately.
I already have some suitable LCD's in mind, the touchscreen is the problem.

If you have quantity volume it won't be a problem.

Small volume unfortunately.
