subscription, I guess.

Anyhow, I thought you were eluding to private charity. WRT HMO I agree,
the current system we have is not good at all. For many people it plain
does not work and burns way too much of available funds for
administration. I am certainly not a fan of everything being run by a
government but with medical care something certainly has to happen. And
soon.
