There is a problem with the subwoofer amplifier circuit made by TDA2005

As shown above title, the subwoofer amplifier circuit I made with tda2005 has a lot of current noise, I post the circuit directly. I referred to this pdf of TDA2005.

You swapped the two amplifiers from the datasheet and made a few errors on their schematic.

This could be a circuit layout issue, are you using a star ground to ensure that return current from the speakers isn't polluting the input signal?
