Hello my Friends...

I bought Pomona test clips ...

I guess I have to solder wire to them can I solder it to the middle as showed in the picture ?

You can, if you keep soldering time very short. Otherwise the plastic will melt and the clip possibly won't work anymore.
Better yet: get the mating female connectors of the right size, solder wire to the connector and plug the clip into the connector.

If you have a scrap DB25 female connector with soldercup connections, you can take it apart to remove the pins.

Solder wires to the pins, then cover the whole length of the pin with 1.8" shrink tubing.

I made a bunch of those almost twenty years ago, and they still work great.
