I am looking for PIC design (if possible) to control temperature from 20 to
300 C with a reley .Input signal from Fe-Const type probe.

If only a control aspect is needed then a micro is not a good engineering
solution.
Job can be done cheaply and easily with a single OP177 etc.

Any reason why you don't just buy one? Auto-tuning PID with
proprietary features, linearization, etc. etc. You'll definitely not
find a free design for a commercial performance/quality unit.
