Hi,
during the self test of my Tektronix DSA 602 I get the following error
messages:
BLOCK: Acquisition
AREA: Sweep Tests
ROUTINE INDEX FAULTS ADDRESS EXPECT ACTUAL
Sweep IC Reg G3211 1 000138 0010 00D0
Sweep IC Tst G3221 1 00013D 00CF 00DD
Because Tektronix does not support this scope any longer I try to
repair it by my own. With the help of the Service Reference I
identified the Sweep Controller IC at the A7-Upper Acquisition board -
but this is not a standard IC I can by from an electonics supplier. I
am also not sure, if this IC really makes the problems.
Some hints how to proceed further would be very welcome.
