The problem is when you turn up the music until the fan start , the unit

I try to bypass the SVi output ic , still doing the same thing , i test
almost all the part into PSU , no faulty parts .

IMHO, all technics with this fan idea have this particular problem. My
receiver also had this problem. It's usually fan getting stuck, so it can't
spin right away. You're right, fan only turns on when system pumps at high
power. I guess I was lucky because in my case my fan was a bit crooked and
was touching walls a bit. IMHO, just put 60mm 5V computer fan in there and
let it run - there are ultra-quiet fans available.

This problem is often caused by the fan motor itself - particularly if it's
the Mitsumi ' spindle motor ' type. The commutator gets noisy so when the
fan starts up, you get spikes which cause the sytem control micro to shut
the unit down. One stated cure was to add a 0.1uF capacitor directly across
the fan motor, but failing this working, a replacement fan is often needed.

Hope this helps
