I planning on building a charger using TEC modules to produce enough power to charger 5V devices.

    Equipments.
    8 TEC modules
Step up boost (.9 to 5V)
    Wires
    Capacitors
    Oscillators
    Resistors
    Aluminium heat sink

I need help with building the charger my first attempt was a complete fail.

    Truly appreciate the help

Have you calculated how much power is available from body heat, taking into account the efficiency of the TEGs and determined how long it would take to charge your phone?

Body heat? not likely to work with low temperature differential.
