TEAC CT-M596ST 60cm Colour TV problem

Hi,
I have a Teac CT-M596ST 60cm CTV that is playing up.

The picture is showing a lot of "snow" as well as vertical
interference patterns on all Sydney stations. Interference seems
strongest on channel 10 and weakest on channel 2. Colour, brightness,
contrast, etc are all ok.

Video and Audio are excellent when using the A/V inputs.

There are also some clicks and pops in the audio.

It is connected to a known-good external TV antenna.

All capacitors measure OK on ESR meter, and I cannot find any bad
solder joints.

Any ideas on what components to check are most welcome.
