Sync on Green removal

Need to remove that sync pulses from Green, on a RGsB with a cost
effective solution
(based on discrete components, transistor-diode, ie) without decreasing
the quality at the output signal (ie much phase delay on Green).
Any suggestions (other than high cost Elantec HFAxxxx solution)???
I've made a board that encoding RGB to CVBS & SVideo using a AD725, that
has also HV inputs and a "Sync on Green" sync extractor to apply it at the
dedicated for AD725 sync inputs. All working OK to this stage.
The think is that while everything works right, when I'm applying a RGsB
signal at its input I'm getting a steady, clear picture, and is colored,
BUT with more Green on it.
I believe that the reason of it is the bigger level of the Green input (due
to the unstripped from Green, Sync signal is 0.7+0.3=1V) that AD724 or 725
cant handle. Need to remove that sync pulses with a cost effective solution
(based on discrete components, transistor-diode, ie) without decreasing
the qyality at the output signal (ie much phase delay on Green).
Any suggestions (other than high cost Elantec HFAxxxx solution)???
Note: I have no problem to redesign all the thing (developing phase) if
there is a chip doing the same thing as the AD725 but capable of accept
both RGB & RGsB signals for encoding to CVBS/S-Video (both PAL & NTSC).
Thanks in advance
