ok First off im new to this world and the forum!!

I am wondering how to do this. I have two momentart push button switches that i need to control five voltages withon for up one for down. when the power is on i want the output from the switches to be 1v and never less than one volt, then when i push the up switch it only geoes up to 2v then push it agian and it goes to 3v and so on till it gets to 5v. the vice versa with the other switch to go from 5v-1v by pushing it multiple times. I know i will need a micro controler to do this. So my question is HOW!?

Well, that depends a lot on what you are doing with the voltage. How much current will be drawn?
