I try to repair an old controler for step motor of equatorial telescope.
It is a Vixen DMD-1, and some components are very old, I am looking for
    datasheets of :
    TD62103 (Toshiba)
    PMM8713 (Sanyo)

The MC14060 is a CMOS 4060 ripple counter. Motorola has an MC4xxx line (I
think it's ECL), so all of the Motorola MC14xxx are just the industry
    standard 4xxx parts.

Same as ULN2003, MC1413 7 transistor darlington driver array
???(looks more like a date code)
    CD4060 , HCF4060 CMOS counter
    CD40103, HCF40103
Presettable 8 bit counter, looks like only Toshiba, Harris and ST made it.
try ST (formerly Thomson and SGS) or Texas Instruments, who bought Harris's
    digital stuff.
    Stepper motor translator and drivers
Allegro (formerly Sprague) The databook has it as UCN-4202A
I think the robotics crowd will have this, but I can scan it if
    you can't find it.
