I am looking for specifications of the following units:

Motorola Model FMT-41
Motorola Model T-31BAT
Motorola Model U-41GGT
Motorola Model T-41GGT
General Electric Model MT-13-N.

My particular interest lies with their modulation mode.
Any leads would be appreciated.

Gotta be FM - probably 30 KHz deviation originally, but 15 KHz
deviation was introduced in the early '60s
Motorola Model T-31BAT
Motorola Model U-41GGT
Motorola Model T-41GGT

I worked in a Motorola 2-way radio shop in that era - I vaguely recall
the 41GGT as 150 - 174 MHz FM radios - 30 or 15 KHz deviation. I
think the GGT had tube-type transmitter and receiver strips, and
transistor power supplies. We also installed (or serviced) 41GGV -
same transmitter and receiver, but vibrator power supply. (but I may
be totally wrong...)

Peter, even if your memory is inaccurate, the minor details you remember are
useful for analysis of signals sent by these mobile transmitters. For example,
a change in the ripple frequency probably accompanied the replacement of the
vibrator by transistors. Would you recall what ripple frequencies I should
expect?

Sorry - at that time I just installed the things - I didn't fix them,
so I don't know such details. (I do recall changing vibrators
frequently, however...)
