I am looking for a source for a small quantity of mini-bnc rf
connectors for rg-174 cable. They are about half the size of a regular
connector. (About the same size as an SMA connector)

Good luck. King used those little bastards on their Glideslope heads, and I
just spent a miserable month looking for ONE of them.

Nope, sorry. Those are REGULAR BNC. Art is looking for that little knockoff
mini-BNC that looks like a 50% scale model.

BTW, there are sources for REGULAR female BNC connectors for RG174 for about 50
cents each. $7 each is a ripoff.

I'd love to see a picture of one. I found some web sites
that claim to have them, but I don't know if they are
truly mini bnc. That connector might be what I need
for a couple of surplus phase discriminators I got from
Fair Radio. I don't know whatintheheck the connectors
are on the thing - I had to make my own connectors to mate
with what was there. So if you know of a place where
I can see a picture of one, please let me know.

Here's some places I found.

Try this:

"Our expert Sales Team will always fit your application both
in terms of cable length and type, as well as in terms of
connector requirements:
ST
FC/APC
FC
Bionic
Mini BNC
FDDI
D4
SC
ESCON "

There was no picture of a mini-bnc on the page.

Here's some more:

Trivial. Go take a picture of a regular BNC. Put it in a paint program. Hit
the "reduce 50%" button.

Viola.
