SOT-26 'perfboard' ?

I'm going to prototype a circuit with a SOT-26 device. Normally, I dead-
bug 'em and solder wire-wrap wire to the legs. Tedious and less than
reliable.

I'd like to find a perfboard/surfboard solution. It would accept the
surface mount SOT-26 part and provide 0.100 pins for 'external'
connections.

Any guidance?
