I have a 16 month old Sony flat screen tv model # KV-32FS320. The
color on the screen is messed up and the picture is slightly off center
towards the bottom right. The color problem is there is a circle in
the center of the screen that is green in color. Then from the top
come 2" bands of blue, red and green that start in the top center and
follow around the green colored circle and meet again in the center at
the bottom. Any ideas on what the cause is?

The degauss circuit has trouble...May need just soldering the Posistor will
fix it.
That's providing the TV has not been dropped,,
